Rekord

Rekord builds verification infrastructure for real-world assets.

Rekord is a financial infrastructure company. We build the software layer that makes real-world assets — physical collateral, digital holdings, regulated products — independently verifiable. Our platform connects asset owners, lenders, and regulators through cryptographic proof instead of manual attestation.

The products serve both sides of every financial transaction. Asset owners use Rekord to make their holdings provable. Lenders and investors use it to verify what they're underwriting. Regulators use it to monitor compliance continuously. The verification layer is the same across all three — one infrastructure, multiple applications.

The Platform

Five products. One verification layer.

Each product serves a different buyer and workflow. All of them anchor to the same cryptographic trust layer, so verification done in one context carries into every other.

Rekord Kloud

Immutable data storage with blockchain-anchored integrity proofs. The infrastructure layer everything else runs on.

Rekord AI

AI-powered risk scoring and underwriting automation. Self-hosted, explainable, privacy-preserving.

RWA Pools

Structured private credit facilities with real-time covenant monitoring and on-chain collateral verification.

RWA-Backed Vaults

Deposit infrastructure for digital asset holders to earn returns from verified real-world lending positions.

Digital Product Passports

Schema-enforced compliance data for EU regulatory mandates (ESPR, CRMA, EUDR, CBAM, CSRD).

Why Rekord Exists

Provable Finance.

Today, verifying a real-world asset means asking the owner to send you a PDF. Then you trust it. Rekord makes the record exist before anyone asks for it, and makes it checkable by anyone authorized to look.

Every financial transaction involving real-world assets requires someone to verify something: that the collateral exists, that the borrower is performing, that the product meets regulatory standards, that the treasury holdings are real. Today, that verification is manual, periodic, and controlled by the party being verified.

This creates friction at every level. Lenders discount collateral they can't continuously monitor. Regulators rely on filings assembled by the entities they oversee. Investors wait weeks for diligence that should take minutes. Companies with substantial assets on their balance sheet can't borrow against them because no one can verify them independently.

Rekord replaces this with infrastructure. Continuous, cryptographic, independently verifiable records that any authorized party can check without asking permission. The cost of verification drops. The speed of capital formation increases. The quality of oversight improves.

We call this category Provable Finance — financial infrastructure where every claim about an asset, a borrower, or a transaction can be independently verified by any authorized party at any time. Not promised. Proved. Rekord exists to build the infrastructure layer that makes this the default, not the exception.

The Team

Built by operators, not observers.

The team behind Rekord comes from the industries the product serves. We've built and operated lending platforms, managed institutional credit portfolios, shipped enterprise software, and designed AI systems for regulated environments. The backgrounds span traditional finance, Web3 infrastructure, data science, and enterprise technology — combined because the problem sits at the intersection of all four.

Domain
What we bring
Traditional financeUnderwriting, credit structuring, portfolio management, regulatory compliance. We've originated and managed real loan books.
Web3 infrastructureBlockchain architecture, smart contract design, on-chain settlement, custody systems. Production systems, not prototypes.
AI & data scienceMachine learning for financial services, explainable AI, privacy-preserving computation, model governance.
Enterprise technologyAPI design, distributed systems, security architecture, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance. Software that institutions actually deploy.
